Shipping & Pickup Policy

Speed Factor Vancouver ships within Canada from Vancouver, BC. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout to collect your order from our store at 8889 Laurel Street, Vancouver, BC. Items in stock at our Vancouver store are usually ready for pickup the same day. We will notify you when your order is ready. Look for "Ready for pickup today" on the site to find items in stock now.

Out-of-stock and ordered-in items

Items not in stock at our store are ordered from the manufacturer or distributor and usually arrive at our store within 5 business days. We then ship them or hold them for pickup. If the timing changes, we will contact you with an updated ETA. Special order items have no confirmed date; please contact us for an ETA. Special orders are final sale.

Shipping

In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–8 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Oversized items such as wheels, exhausts, suspension, coilovers, body kits and large accessories, and shipments to remote areas, may carry additional shipping charges; we will contact you before shipping if extra charges apply.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. All dates are estimates.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your package on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier when signing. Contact us right away at info@speedfactor.ca if anything arrives damaged.
