Tire storage terms
Speed Factor Vancouver offers tire storage at a rate of $150 per six (6) month period, payable in advance. Storage fees are non-refundable and subject to change upon renewal with notice to the customer. Tires will not be released until all unpaid tire storage fees have been paid, including any amounts added to the next invoice. Tires with unpaid storage fees for more than twenty-four (24) months will be considered abandoned, and ownership will transfer to Speed Factor Vancouver, which may dispose of, sell, recycle, or otherwise use the tires at its discretion without compensation. While reasonable care is taken with all stored tires, storage is provided without insurance coverage, and customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance if desired. Tire condition may change over time due to normal aging, and storage does not guarantee preservation or future roadworthiness. Tires will only be released to the customer or an authorized representative with proper identification. Speed Factor Vancouver is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or deterioration beyond its reasonable control. By leaving tires in storage, the customer agrees to these terms.
